Shipping and Delivery

Local Delivery – Invermere & Calgary
Whether you purchase in-store or online, you can choose to pick it up at our gallery or have it delivered to your door free of charge to the Invermere and Calgary areas.

Packaging
We take great care in wrapping and protecting each piece for shipping. All purchases will be packaged in specialized shipping boxes (depending on the size and weight of the art) and are protected to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are pre-calculated for Canada and U.S. If you’re purchasing from another country, please contact us directly through the website to discuss your purchase and shipping fees.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to over 100 destinations. For all shipments outside Canada and USA please contact us prior to making a purchase and a quotation will be provided.

Insurance
All shipments are insured for the retail value of the piece. When your shipment arrives, please unwrap it and inspect it as quickly as possible. Contact us if you find any damage.

Returns / Damage During Shipping
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds due to the high cost in shipping of original art. If you would like more pictures or videos of a specific piece or have any questions let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

If by chance there is damage to the artwork during the shipping process email us and we will work with you to fix any issues.
