You Are My Sunshine

Connie Christensen is an abstract representational artist from Calgary, Alberta, Canada who works in several mediums including acrylic, ink and watercolour.

Her paintings narrow down landscapes to an almost primitive state to show the movement and feeling of hot summers on the prairies and in the fields of the foothills.

She has built up a broad and varying body of work in over more than 2 decades of exploration.
